We currently offer free tracked shipping on all orders worldwide. Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination, product, carrier, or applicable restrictions.
Order processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day. Processing may take longer during major sales, holidays, product launches, or unusually high demand.
Estimated transit times
- United States and Canada: approximately 7 business days
- Europe: approximately 7 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: approximately 10 business days
- Other destinations: approximately 7–12 business days
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs processing, carrier delays, weather, public holidays, remote destinations, address issues, or events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Tracking
Where tracking is updated and available, tracking information is provided after your order ships. Please allow approximately 1–3 business days for tracking to become active after the shipment notification is sent.
International charges
Depending on the destination, an order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, brokerage fees, clearance charges, or other government-imposed charges. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
